An amber Vermouth with marked balsamic notes and a pleasant bitter finish, born from the desire to create an unusual and distinctive product, and made jointly by Luca Meneghetti, restaurant manager, and by industry expertise by Nicolò Molteni, bar manager at Maio Restaurant.

A classic superior Turin Vermouth, excellent in mixing for its balsamic part, surprising for meditation for the pleasant bitter notes of the cinchona.
Maio Vermut di Torino Superiore is based on Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG, a typical wine of a specific area in northern Piedmont, and on precious herbs and spices such as absinthe, genepy and mint.
