A creative reinterpretation of the Easter cake par excellence: the soft Colomba is enriched with white chocolate glaze and crunchy almond flakes. Over 48 hours of leavening and using only top quality ingredients, it satisfies the most delicious palates thanks to the rich filling of black sour cherry from Piedmont and almond paste, for a surprising explosion of taste.
