Franciacorta Brut Millesimato 2018
Chardonnay, Pinot Nero
The Pinot Noir ages for about 8 months in temperature-controlled still tanks, then mixed with Chardonnay with has fermented in small oak barrels for about 8 months. CruPerdu then evolves and refines on the lees for over 36 months.
Notes of white pulp fruit and tropical fruit stand out on the note, which over time five way to balsamic sensation, The fresh but complex sip is surprising.
Franciacorta Millesimato DOCG 2015
Chardonnay, Pinot Nero
The Pinot Noir ages for about 8 months in temperature-controlled still tanks, then blend is made with Chardonnay with has fermented in small oak barrels for about 8 months. This Cuvée matures for about 50 months before disgorgement and then refines further in the bottle to achieve the perfect balance.
The bouquet present scents of white-fleshed fruit, which are completed by note of honey and vanilla. Taste is characterized by a clear acid freshness.
Franciacorta Satèn DOCG 2009
Fermentation takes place in French oak barriques at a controlled temperature and the lees are continually suspended with the battage technique. After re-fermentation in the bottle, it matures on the lees for 120 months.
A wine of great elegance, starting with the perlage, particularly fine and elegant. On the nose great concentration of fruit that blends well with a sensation of pods, toasted almonds, hints of honey and white flowers. In the mouth it is very well balanced.
The exceptional soil of limestone and chalk on the slopes of Monte Orfano, caressed by the warm currents that ascend from the plain, is among the magical and peculiar ingredients of this strip of Franciacorta, where the vines fish in depth the rich salts of the earth.
